🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years successfully driving growth at high-growth, mid-stage start-ups as a hands-on owner. • 3+ years of leadership or high ownership experience. • An engineering or analytical degree from a highly competitive program. • Strong basis in growth first principles like conversion rate optimization, usability testing, funnel optimization, etc. • Strong track record of driving growth by improving product and retention experiences. • Strong at leveraging tools like Make.com, Zapier, AI, and Slack notifications. • Excellent at getting a lot done quickly with excellence. • Thrives in the chaos of startups and simplifies complicated, uncertain things. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
