🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ growth marketing/performance marketing experience with direct experience in B2B SaaS companies. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Demonstrated history of driving direct impact to key business metrics with samples and results of past campaigns. • Passion for and deep understanding of data and the ability to efficiently access and analyze data needed. • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. • Proficient using Hubspot and Salesforce. • Deep understanding of marketing funnel management. • Competent in marketing areas including strategy, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, demand generation and content creation. • B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred (financial services compliance marketing industry experience is a plus!). • Deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Team player and problem solver. • Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
