🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years’ growth marketing/performance marketing experience with direct experience in B2B SaaS companies. β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. β€’ Demonstrated history of driving direct impact to key business metrics with samples and results of past campaigns. β€’ Passion for and deep understanding of data and the ability to efficiently access and analyze data needed. β€’ Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. β€’ Proficient using Hubspot and Salesforce. β€’ Deep understanding of marketing funnel management. β€’ Competent in marketing areas including strategy, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, demand generation and content creation. β€’ B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred (financial services compliance marketing industry experience is a plus!). β€’ Deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales. β€’ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills. β€’ Team player and problem solver. β€’ Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
