• About Manifest • At Manifest, we’re using AI to rethink how small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) gain the expertise and support to start and grow their businesses. • As an AI business companion and staff training platform, we’re dedicated to empowering the backbone of the American workforce—small business owners and their teams. • As a seed-stage company, we're searching for a driven and strategic Director of Growth to lead our go-to-market efforts and accelerate our expansion. • As Manifest’s first dedicated growth leader, you will build and execute the strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion. • Reporting directly to our CEO, Sarah Horn, you will own the growth engine, from identifying target verticals to optimizing marketing efforts. • This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone with entrepreneurial drive and a data-driven mindset. • You’ll collaborate closely with our executive team and leverage contractors to achieve ambitious growth objectives. • Lead the migration to HubSpot and oversee its ongoing management. • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams to align on growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing or go-to-market roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or SMB-focused environment. • 0-to-1 Expertise: Hands-on experience building and scaling growth initiatives from scratch in fast-paced startups or early-stage companies. • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing data, creating dashboards, and using insights to inform strategy. • HubSpot Mastery: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including implementation and optimization. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of challenges. • Collaborative & Creative: Ability to work cross-functionally and think outside the box to achieve goals.
