Requirements
• Entrepreneurial background as a founder or early-stage team member. • 5+ years of strategic and operational experience in Growth Marketing. • Demonstrate speed and quality in execution and problem-solving. • Strong understanding of profitability metrics as KPIs. • Relentless resourcefulness, data-driven prioritization, and decision-making. • Strong systems thinking and proficiency in leveraging technology for efficiency. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Continuous self-improvement and coachable mindset. • Mastery of Google Workspace products and relevant tools.
