Description
• own the B2B demand generation strategy • create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns • develop and execute ABM strategies • implement and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion • oversee events and field marketing • own reporting and analytics for all demand generation efforts • present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership • cultivate a culture of experimentation • partner with sales leadership
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related function • 3+ years of people management experience • demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams • strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue • excellent communication and collaboration skills • an owner mindset with a proven track record of partnering across teams • extremely organized and detail oriented • deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qualified, Sendoso, SEMrush, and Asana
