• Assist the owner and sales team in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. • Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Support client relationship management by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and managing databases. • Collaborate with marketing to help execute promotions, events, and social media initiatives. • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer purchases. • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in furniture, design, or luxury goods is a plus). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Passion for design and furniture with an understanding of luxury clientele. • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
