Description
• Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities • Staff and direct a sales team • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base • Contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses • Assist Account Representatives in preparation of proposals • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding and training
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 7 years of experience managing people • Willing to travel at least 50% • Experience with enterprise software solutions • Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
