Description

β€’ Responsible for driving distribution sales, strategic growth programs, and new product introduction (NPI) sales initiatives. β€’ Develop new business opportunities within the North American personal care market. β€’ Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth. β€’ Execute short-range and long-range Strategy and Business Plans, ensuring adequate visibility to market trends. β€’ Lead and manage relationships with key accounts and major developers, consultants, and local trade associations.

Requirements

β€’ A strategic-minded sales professional in specialty chemical with 8+ years of relevant personal care industry experience and a solid track record of leading growth through innovation in the specialty chemical Industry. β€’ Bachelor's degree. β€’ Travel - up to 50% and as required based on business needs.
