Description

• Act as the liaison between quality departments and product division departments • Resolve urgent and complex customer quality issues • Lead risk analysis activities for new and existing products and services • Develop, initiate and implement innovative quality programs and solutions • Analyze customer specific quality data and map engagement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5 years of experience in quality, or related field • At least 2 years’ experience in project management • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences • Ability to coordinate concurrent projects and manage competing priorities and critical deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and computer system technology • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and trends • Experience working with cross-functional teams
