📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting design and architecture of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in the Workday system • Working knowledge of report writing, calculated fields, and Recruiting and Onboarding adjacent products • Manage, develop, and consult with the functional teams • Provide technical leadership to the project team • Work closely with the System Integrator and other vendors • Reviews feedback from stakeholders and implements solutions • Identify gaps in business requirements • Ensure proper documentation across the design • Support the Workday system • Routinely review, plan, and apply Workday releases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT related field • 3+ years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding • Detailed understanding & extensive experience in implementation of large-scale transformation projects in HR • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to set expectations and deliver the development across the Workday configuration team • Good understanding of estimation methodologies • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills
