β€’ Provides device education and product support for Neuromodulation products β€’ Documents all customer contacts and potential complaints β€’ Communicates information accurately and compassionately with customers β€’ Adheres to HIPPA and applicable privacy laws and regulations β€’ Must complete all required trainings on time

Requirements

β€’ 2 years of relevant customer service experience β€’ Advanced verbal and written communication skills β€’ Customer service over-the-phone soft skills β€’ Contact Center or Technical Services experience β€’ Analytical/problem solving skills/experience β€’ Time management skills β€’ Neurological anatomy and physiology knowledge β€’ Medical Device product knowledge β€’ Clinic and/or hospital experience β€’ Demonstrated ability to utilize a computer and telephone efficiently
