Description

β€’ Help troubleshoot problems for customer accounts and other account related issues, offering comprehensive trading and campaign information. β€’ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. β€’ Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features and benefits. β€’ Assist with users via live chats, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. β€’ Identifying enquiries, escalating accordingly and resolving enquiries, conduct, collaboratively with relevant teams.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years’ experience in customer service. β€’ Working knowledge of customer relationship management and data analysis β€’ Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction β€’ Experience or familiarity with CRM software such as Intercom or Zendesk to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records. β€’ Good command of written and spoken English. β€’ Knowledge of cryptocurrencies or digital payments is a plus.
