β’ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience β’ Minimum of 3 years of salesforce.com experience β’ Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics β’ Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (nice to have) β’ 3+ years of project management experience and broad multi-functional business exposure (nice to have) β’ Experience with Agile frameworks and leading Salesforce.com projects (nice to have) β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint β’ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
