📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. • You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team to close deals. • This is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking. • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for the products/services we offer. • Outbound Outreach: Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to track progress and outcomes. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and share insights about customer needs and pain points. • Follow-ups: Execute follow-up strategies with leads who are not yet ready to make a purchasing decision.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (prior experience in an SDR role is a plus). • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly. • Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and demonstrate a proactive approach to lead generation and sales. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office). • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions effectively. • Team Player: Collaborative and eager to contribute to team success. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
