• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings • Setting sales goals and KPIs to manage activity within the team • Ongoing training of the sales team on sales techniques, strategies, etc. • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met • Lead efforts with product management, marketing, and other interested parties to develop sales tools, e.g. quick sales guides, questionnaires, etc. • Collaborate with sales team to develop and manage target customer lists • Attend relevant technical conferences for networking with key influencers • Other duties as assigned

• Successful experience in major account sales • Successful experience in inside sales • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives. • Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management • Experience in cross-selling electronic hardware, software & services • Experience with consultative and solutions-selling to asset management, operations & maintenance and engineering groups in electrical power industry • Previous exposure to technologies, tools and processes used in condition based and predictive based strategies of high voltage/substation equipment operators
