Description

• Lead user research and customer feedback conversations • Define and prioritize our product development roadmap • Articulate requirements for API, web and internal product offerings • Build strong, collaborative relationship with engineering • Partner closely with our business development team on pricing and distribution • Identify and lead cross-functional conversations with marketing, legal, and operations

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or related experience • Strong technical background, with either an undergraduate degree in CS or related field, or professional experience as a software engineer • Commercial orientation, comfortable interacting directly with potential customers and a basic understanding of enterprise sales • Strong written and verbal communications; comfort leading business and technical conversations directly with customers • Exceptional judgment; awareness of when and how to make decisions with imperfect information • Ownership and willingness to jump into new roles; this could include designing low-fi mockups, writing marketing copy, running customer support, or more.
