• This is a remote position. • We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative for our esteemed client. • We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in sales and technology to join the team. • You will be responsible for promoting an AI-powered smart recruitment platform, which helps companies find the right talents quickly and efficiently. • They will build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. • Actively seek out and engage clients' prospects. • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. • Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales. • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create status reports. • Deliver presentations about the smart recruitment platform and explain its features. • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Working with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. • Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the technology or recruitment field. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions. • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment. • Ability to work target-oriented and achieve goals.
