β’ Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. β’ Develop and execute account strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives, and ensure their satisfaction with our digital content products. β’ Work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Operations to identify new business opportunities, upsell existing clients, and achieve revenue targets. β’ Coordinate with the production & marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, projects, and events. β’ Analyze client performance data and provide regular reports on progress, insights, and provide recommendations. β’ Coordinate and organize all client/partner meetings and status updates for internal stakeholders. β’ Stay in touch with industry trends and best practices, and share these with the executive team. β’ Prepare, and tailor, pitch deck presentations for potential clients and partners.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. β’ 2-3+ years of B2B partnerships experience in a similar environment, preferably in a digital media organization. β’ Ability to utilize ongoing trends in the soccer & digital media landscape to creatively package products for our sponsor partners. β’ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a digestible way. β’ High level of communication skills. β’ High level of organization skills. β’ Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members. β’ Flexibility to be available during stoppage time, when necessary. β’ Empathy - Passion - Courage - love of Football.
