• Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level • Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts • Deliver education-focused and patient-centric messages to target ECP accounts • Achieve business goals on a quarterly & annual basis • Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience • Proven and successful track record in all aspects of technical knowledge, selling techniques, and comprehensive understanding of medical terminology • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record • Ability to travel required • Eye care experience preferred, but not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English
