Description
• Mercury is building a complete finance stack for startups. • The Reconciliation team enables the Mercury system by ensuring end-to-end tracking of transactions through partner banks. • Investigate edge cases in reconciliation process, identify process breaks, and manually resolve issues. • Collaborate with a wide range of partners to thoroughly ledger, reconcile, and investigate edge cases in financial products.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience interacting with complex financial data, preferably in a financial technology or financial services company. • Familiarity with SQL, and an interest in growing your technical skills. • Enthusiasm in learning about companies with complex, technical products. • Ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. • Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners to solve cross-functional challenges. • Desire to drive rigorous, auditable processes to completion through partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
