• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in OEM, Industry, and Distribution sectors • Provide technical expertise and consultative solutions to clients, addressing their flow control challenges • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering • Proven experience in flow control, with specific expertise in mechanical seals, centrifugal pumps, and valves • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in OEM, Industry, or Distribution sectors • Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
