β’ Proven track record in industrial sales, specifically in Valve Actuation Systems for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sectors β’ Deep understanding of the North American market and its unique challenges and opportunities β’ Strong technical background to effectively communicate the benefits of our advanced products β’ Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all levels, from plant managers to C-suite executives β’ Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets β’ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50%)
