β€’ Manage and grow an existing portfolio of OEM customers across North America β€’ Develop and execute strategies to pursue new opportunities with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) β€’ Promote our comprehensive range of linear and quarter-turn valve actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic) to key decision-makers β€’ Showcase our innovative solutions for severe service applications, including turbine bypass systems and emergency shutdowns β€’ Provide market intelligence to inform product development and pricing strategies

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in industrial sales, specifically in Valve Actuation Systems for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sectors β€’ Deep understanding of the North American market and its unique challenges and opportunities β€’ Strong technical background to effectively communicate the benefits of our advanced products β€’ Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all levels, from plant managers to C-suite executives β€’ Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets β€’ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50%)
