• Drive outreach and lead negotiations to secure partnerships • Acquire new users among Liquid funds, Individual whales, DAOs, and other token holders • Nurture customer relationships to find new opportunities and grow business with them • Establish new partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms • Create and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development goals • Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with campaigns • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals • Represent the company at industry events • Develop and maintain strategic alliances
🎯 Requirements
• Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem • Robust existing connections in the DeFi and wider Web3 community • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment • 2+ years in a BD role from the domain
