Description

• Drive outreach, craft proposals, and lead negotiations to secure partnerships with new blockchains • Nurture customer relationships to find new opportunities and grow business with them • Establish new partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms • Create and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development goals • Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets • Represent the company at industry events: Attend conferences, webinars, and other events to network and promote the protocol • Develop and maintain strategic alliances: Foster long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the DeFi and blockchain communities

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem, encompassing acquaintance with diverse blockchains, DeFi platforms, and fundamental blockchain analytics • Robust existing connections in the DeFi and wider Web3 community • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment • 2+ years in a BD role from the domain
