Description
• The IT Operations Manager oversees procurement, administration, enhancement, and security of IT systems. • Focus on automation, process improvement, and maintaining a zero-trust architecture. • Lead IT help desk operations and provide technical assistance to internal teams. • Manage lifecycle of software and hardware assets and maintain compliance with security policies. • Automate IT processes using Zapier and scripting while integrating and synchronizing data across platforms.
Requirements
• Strong experience managing IT help desk operations. • Experience in administering various SaaS tools and IAM platforms. • Ability to write and modify scripts in Python and/or JavaScript. • Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks. • Experience managing direct reports, mentoring team members, and providing career development opportunities.
