📋 Description

• Lead teams in creating emails, ads, websites, and videos that inspire action. • Review and approve strategies using digital tools and best marketing practices. • Oversee and review the building & optimization of online ad campaigns. • Ensure campaign processes are working for teams and clients. • Build and pitch digital strategies to internal teams and clients. • Attend client meetings and oversee web development projects. • Collaborate with creative/content teams and provide feedback. • Direct and oversee the full digital team and freelancers/contractors. • Report back to senior leadership and manage client data.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience producing and managing digital campaigns. • Experience managing and motivating direct reports, vendors, and contractors. • Strong client management experience. • Ability to manage multiple large budgets and report quickly. • Strong judgment and critical reasoning skills. • Ability to work independently and track progress. • Previous experience directing expanding teams, contractors, and vendors. • Ability to develop new ideas for clients and internal initiatives. • Strong presentation and training skills. • A sense of humour and willingness to embrace quirks. • Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices. • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
