β’ Lead teams in creating emails, ads, websites, and videos that inspire action. β’ Review and approve strategies using digital tools and best marketing practices. β’ Oversee and review the building & optimization of online ad campaigns. β’ Ensure campaign processes are working for teams and clients. β’ Build and pitch digital strategies to internal teams and clients. β’ Attend client meetings and oversee web development projects. β’ Collaborate with creative/content teams and provide feedback. β’ Direct and oversee the full digital team and freelancers/contractors. β’ Report back to senior leadership and manage client data.
β’ At least 10 years of experience producing and managing digital campaigns. β’ Experience managing and motivating direct reports, vendors, and contractors. β’ Strong client management experience. β’ Ability to manage multiple large budgets and report quickly. β’ Strong judgment and critical reasoning skills. β’ Ability to work independently and track progress. β’ Previous experience directing expanding teams, contractors, and vendors. β’ Ability to develop new ideas for clients and internal initiatives. β’ Strong presentation and training skills. β’ A sense of humour and willingness to embrace quirks. β’ Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices. β’ Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
