โ€ข Oversee and manage client relationships on a national basis for Shermco Industries โ€ข Act as the senior account representative for the company โ€ข Work with national clients and partners โ€ข Develop comprehensive account plans with trackable metrics and KPIs โ€ข Create and monitor targets for the national sales department โ€ข Build a trusting and professional relationship with clients โ€ข Ensure that all accounts are looked after and maintained โ€ข Supervise and manage regional salespeople in your department โ€ข Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients โ€ข Promote new services and products to clients in your department โ€ข Report to senior management on the status of your accounts โ€ข Take a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts โ€ข Monitor and identify market trends, competitors, and new sales leads

โ€ข A bachelor's degree in business management, business science, or a related field is desired โ€ข A minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience in a regional or national account manager position selling electrical or engineering related services/PLC to the automotive and aerospace industries โ€ข A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance โ€ข A solid grasp of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators โ€ข A thorough aptitude for analysis and strategy โ€ข Decisive thinking and leadership abilities โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills โ€ข Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills โ€ข Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities โ€ข A strong client-focused mindset
