Description
• Seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant for ad-hoc assistance in managing and optimizing Microsoft SQL services and Azure Active Directory B2C integration. • Provide on-demand support for database management, query optimization, best practices, and system recovery. • Help with Azure Active Directory B2C integration with our tenant and Jira.
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), and query optimization. • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory B2C, including integration with third-party systems like Jira. • Experience troubleshooting database and Active Directory issues with a focus on rapid problem resolution. • Familiarity with database performance tuning, security measures, and general IT best practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and respond to urgent support requests on short notice.
