Description

• We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Creative Director to lead our talented team of designers and copywriters. • This individual will shape and guide the creative direction of the agency as well as create outstanding graphic design work for clients. • The ideal candidate has a blend of leadership skills, creative vision, and design expertise. • They will work closely across teams to align on projects and provide cohesive storytelling and results for our clients. • This role also involves client-facing responsibilities, where the candidate will present creative concepts, articulate design choices, and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Art Director, Creative Director). • Proven experience leading a creative team and mentoring designers and copywriters • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital, print, and branding projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools • Experience working in an agency setting; working with clients in agriculture is a plus • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with various departments to drive results
