• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy across media, creative and/or performance marketing. • Agency or agriculture marketing experience is required. • You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. • You are organized and can simultaneously manage multiple engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work. • You are a skilled facilitator and can navigate a variety of different personalities and work styles. • You can think across the full marketing spectrum and flex your thinking from high to low.
