β’ As the Sales Manager DACH, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Milence's commercial operations across the DACH region. β’ Your primary focus will be selling our public charging network to fleet operators, logistics companies, and other key players in the transport industry. β’ You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies. β’ This role is ideal for someone who gets energized by deal-making, knows how to seal agreements swiftly, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets. β’ Your responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies aimed at growing our presence within the fleet and logistics sectors, identifying key prospects and cultivating relationships, closing deals efficiently, managing relationships with existing clients, conducting market analysis, generating new leads, and taking a greenfield approach to penetrate untapped markets.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or comparable working experience. β’ Proven experience in truck sales and/or selling products or solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, or similar markets. β’ A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a timely and effective manner. β’ Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships. β’ Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the competitive landscape. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. β’ Fluent in both English and German. β’ Self-driven, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
