• work with client companies in various industries • help ensure HR function operates smoothly • create positive company cultures • provide assistance and resources to teams throughout the employee lifecycle • onboard and offboard team members • maintain employee files and process documentation • revise and update company handbooks • ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations • assist with leave management and benefits enrollment • coordinate performance reviews and workplace investigations • oversee processing of payroll changes and system updates • support talent acquisition efforts

Requirements

• minimum of 3 years of HR experience • consulting mindset with excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service • excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills • understanding of HR processes, best practices, and compliance • experience working with multi-state companies/clients is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred, SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
