📋 Description

• Milpower Source, Inc. is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of power conversion and rugged networking solutions for the defense and aerospace markets. • We work closely with the industry’s leading OEMs, integrators, and subsystem developers, including Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing, among others. • Our products include DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, solid state power distribution devices, generator controllers, and more. • The Territory Sales Associate will help develop and implement the territory’s sales strategy and action plan to help achieve the company’s desired annual bookings and revenue objectives. • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision makers in pre-defined accounts within the territory. • Understand and document the account’s funded programs, new pursuits, and capture strategy in partnership with the Milpower source Business Development team and regional sales manager. • Execute the tactical sales activities defined by the Regional Sales Manager. • Partner with the Inside Sales Specialists to ensure on time delivery of quotations and other customer requests. • Maintain an accurate and updated log of all programs within our CRM. • Provide the customer with periodic status reports, as required. • Identify and pursue sales leads with customers within the territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 1-2 years' experience in defense and/or aerospace industry. • Power solutions, military electronics, or networking experience is a preferred. • Highly developed & demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working remotely. • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. • Other degrees considered. • Extraordinary communication skills, illustrating proficiency in both verbal and written communications in English. • Exemplify a high degree of personal integrity, ethics, and interpersonal skills and abilities. • Ability to work in a multinational, multi-cultural corporation. • Experience in the global marketplace is a plus. • SalesForce or CRM experience is a plus.
