Description

β€’ Responsible for finalizing sales from generated leads. β€’ Manage the sales pipeline and conduct high-quality sales calls. β€’ Participate in live-hosted sales events and ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups. β€’ Navigate refunds and work to keep every enrolled student in the program. β€’ Conduct sales calls using provided sales script and highlight product benefits. β€’ Confidently demonstrate products/features to clients in a convincing manner virtually. β€’ Schedule sales calls based on lead qualification and maintain high-quality standards. β€’ Offer and explain payment options and financing plans. β€’ Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. β€’ Achieve or exceed closing/conversion rate benchmarks by product.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience as a high ticket enrollment coach/advisor. β€’ Proven ability to close high-ticket sales with confidence and efficiency. β€’ Self-starter who stays driven to reach and surpass sales quotas through strategic planning. β€’ Dedicated, results-driven closer to help scale our online coaching business. β€’ Demonstrated success with sales systems and processes that close leads. β€’ Background as a life or health coach to connect with prospective coaches. β€’ Ability to effectively engage prospects and guide them through the enrollment process. β€’ Experience working with remote teams.
