Description

• Founded in 1994 and celebrating 30 years in business, Mindex is a software development company with a rich history of demonstrated software and product development success. • We specialize in agile software development, cloud professional services, and creating our own innovative products. • As an independent decision maker, the Product Owner/Business Analyst directs the work related to the analysis, development, and testing resources associated with one or more agile teams. • Creates shared understanding of solution requirements through user flows, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts. • Responsible for the definition of work in the Product backlog and prioritization of that work for their assigned team(s). • Collaborates with the Product Manager to help formulate strategies to maximize revenue/retention and minimize risk for the clients of their assigned products. • Maintains ongoing relationships with stakeholders and conducts research with clients to continuously make informed decisions.

Requirements

• BS degree in Business, Communications, or related area preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of Product Ownership experience. • Experience within the Financial / Human Resource industry is a plus. • Preferred knowledge in any of the following areas: basic data analysis, public speaking, agile methodologies, software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
