Description

β€’ MindMed is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel product candidates to treat brain health disorders. β€’ We are seeking an Associate Director/Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to support the design and implementation of innovative and strategically focused value evidence generation activities supporting MindMed products in the therapeutic area of brain health disorders. β€’ The candidate will design and develop research projects, conduct analysis, report and publish HEOR studies. β€’ Responsibilities include identifying evidence gaps, directing necessary evidence generation, managing HEOR studies, engaging with payer advisors, developing protocols for RWE analysis, collaborating on publications, and ensuring timely deliverables.

Requirements

β€’ Advanced degree (MS, MPH, MD, PhD, PharmD) in health economics, epidemiology, health services research β€’ Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in HEOR in an industry setting, preferably in psychiatry or neuroscience related therapeutic areas β€’ Excellent knowledge of market access environment and health technology assessment process in the U.S. and key European markets β€’ Demonstrated experience in designing HEOR protocol elements within phase III / non-interventional study programs β€’ Previous new product launch experience a plus β€’ Demonstrated business and scientific acumen β€’ Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills β€’ Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information β€’ Ability to work independently, proven oral and written communication skills β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment β€’ Aptitude to closely collaborate and bond with an entirely remote team, willing to travel on a regular basis for in-person team meetings (projected ~25% – 30% travel)
