📋 Description

• Empower veterans to continue their service and impact communities. • Support Platoon Operations Managers to ensure data and communication efficiency. • Collaborate to assess volunteer needs and improve their experience. • Responsible for enhancing social media presence and maintaining volunteer records. • Contribute as a project team member across functions to build veteran volunteer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of work experience; preferably in volunteer management and program management. • Effective planning, prioritization, project/team management, and follow-through. • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement; comfort with seeking out, receiving, implementing, and sharing constructive feedback. • Strong ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally with teammates. • Unwavering customer service orientation with the ability to stay committed to finding solutions when challenges arise. • Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to present ideas concisely and clearly. • Natural problem solver with the ability to thrive in uncertainty. • Strong determination to tackle challenges with a flexible and curious approach; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with database operations. • A culturally competent individual who can work successfully with diverse groups and individuals.
