• 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry. • Proactive, with the ability to find answers independently. • Curious, with strong judgment to quickly process situations and identify solutions. • Skilled at building rapport and connecting with others. • Able to stay calm and composed in difficult conversations, recovering quickly from challenges. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand language. • Comfortable using technology, learning new software, and navigating multiple tools. • Fast and accurate typing skills. • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
