📋 Description
•Coordinate end-to-end international travel arrangements for personnel •Ensure travel requests comply with organizational policies •Manage travel itineraries and maintain accurate traveler records •Assist with travel documentation including visas and passports •Monitor real-time travel disruptions and provide contingency support •Liaise with external stakeholders for seamless travel execution •Provide pre-travel briefings to personnel •Maintain compliance with security and data protection protocols •Support post-travel reconciliation and reporting activities
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with one year proven experience as a Travel Coordinator supporting any DoD agency, DoD regional center, university, or think tank, or related industry •Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance •Experience in planning, arranging, and making the necessary travel purchases for participants •Experience supporting travel requirements for an office and/or program, preference for experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) •Recent experience in coordinating multiple projects •Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
