Description

• Responsible for strategy, optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of Global HR Information System (Workday) • Lead the HRIS team, projects, and work with Global teams • Serve as a technical expert for HRIS system to ensure data integrity • Manage HR system-related projects, processes, and process improvements • Manage user permissions, access controls, training, and other system configurations • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics in support of HR team and other business leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience • 4 years of technical Workday experience, including Workday implementations and configurations • Must have working experience with Workday advanced compensation; time tracking & absence modules are a plus • Expert technical knowledge of Workday EIB, Calculated fields, Report Writer; XML and XSLT knowledge are strongly desired • Workday certifications are a plus • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience • Team leader or management experience, a plus • Experience creating training content and giving live presentations preferred • Strong prioritizing, project management, planning and organization skills with the ability to serve multiple customers effectively while balancing large workload • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools such as Excel (for reporting), PowerPoint, and Word
