•Mozilla IT is seeking an outstanding HRIS manager with extensive experience in Workday HCM solutions. •Responsible for ensuring that our HRIS systems meet the strategic and operational needs of the organization. •Provide leadership for our Workday Application Engineer team members. •Evaluate the needs of the business and be part of a team responsible for reshaping the systems that meet those needs.

Requirements

•Excellent leadership and team management skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. •Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. •Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules. •Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications. •Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. •Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker. •Commitment to our values: Welcoming differences, Being relationship-minded, Practicing responsible participation, Having grit.
