• Join the team as Twilio’s next Sr. Director, HR Technology. • The Sr. Director of HR Technology will lead the global HR Technology team. • This role will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our HR technology stack. • Reporting directly to the VP of People Services and Innovation. • Oversee a global team responsible for managing and enhancing platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and a suite of Talent systems. • Drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and ensure efficient team operations to support our workforce through the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms. • Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization. • Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry. • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, standards development, HR metrics, and reporting, excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive/inductive reasoning, and analytical skills, coupled with significant business and financial acumen. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills with the ability to represent the People Team on cross functional projects and make recommendations to key executives.
