Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a tech or remote-first environment. β€’ Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. β€’ Experience with employee engagement strategies and a passion for fostering positive work cultures. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage HR matters sensitively and confidentially. β€’ Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience using AI-powered platforms is a plus. β€’ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. β€’ Demonstrated experience in DEI initiatives is highly valued.
