Description
Miter is a leading HCM platform for the construction industry. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as the technical bridge between customers and product organization. You'll own customer discovery, translate requirements, advise on product gaps, and lead implementations.
Requirements
3+ years leading customer-facing technical deployments Strong background in engineering or computer science with ability to understand technical systems Exceptional communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven project management experience, capable of juggling multiple simultaneous projects High customer empathy with ability to translate ambiguity into clear action plans Experience working with APIs and technical integrations Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams Construction accounting background with understanding of job-costing and dimensional accounting Experience with Sage ecosystem, Acumatica, or Netsuite
