• Who we are: • PolyAI provides the customer-led conversational platform for enterprises that carries on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. • Our voice assistants understand customers, and provide amazing on brand customer experiences. • Our customers include some of the leading names in logistics, banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications. • Our clients care deeply about their customer experiences and leverage PolyAI to improve their customer experiences by eliminating hold times, answering questions and providing information 24x7. • Employee experience is improved by removing repetitive tasks from the workload and providing space for live staff to engage more meaningfully with clients, improving employee satisfaction, retention and promoting operational efficiency. • Salary range: $145,000- $155,000 base + competitive commission plan • What you'll be involve with: • Provide consultative technical expertise supporting PolyAI direct & partner global sales which includes: • Leading deep discovery & technical reviews to understand a prospects current & future state. • Consulting on technical architecture and best practices such as telephony integration, API / Data integration, and network integration. • Obtain a full understanding of PolyAI’s technology & capabilities in order to recommend suitable applications to meet prospect requirements. • Work with the sales team to: • Actively research new prospect accounts & collaborate in the creation of presentations, and sales collateral.
• At least 3 years experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or solution architect role. • A firm understanding of telephony communication communications standards within PSTN as well as SIP & RTP protocols. • Knowledge of contact centre solutions such as Genesys, 5’s, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, etc. • Knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, • Experience developing proposals & building ROI models.
