Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Data Platform Engineering team. • Oversee the implementation of strategies designed to enhance data reliability and minimize redundancies. • Direct the development and operation of MMA’s data platform. • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure engineering performance and productivity. • Define and execute the data platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or related fields, with deep expertise in designing and building distributed data systems and large-scale data warehouses. • Over 10 years of experience building large-scale data analytics platforms using real-time streaming analytics, data warehouses, data lakes, Data Pipelines, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools at scale. • 5 to 7 years of experience in Cloud database technologies. • Hands-on experience architecting and building secure, scalable, and flexible enterprise data projects in Microsoft Azure. • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations. • Knowledge of Agency Management systems like Applied EPIC and Vertafore Sagitta, Benefit Point is a major plus.
