β’ Senior Account Manager drives policy delivery and client service β’ Works with Producer and service team to track customized service strategy β’ Builds effective relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs β’ Analyzes risk, coverage, and recommends options; executes program changes β’ Communicates with underwriters on submissions and negotiates terms for clients
β’ Upon hire, Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role β’ 3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable β’ Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts β’ PREFERRED: BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field β’ CPCU, ARM, CEBS or other professional insurance designation related to discipline β’ Experience working with agency management systems β’ Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite
