Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of Recruiting experience • At least three (3) years in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction - or related) • Must have experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions • Ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Be a team player • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Experience with Paylocity is a plus
