Description

• The Director, Revenue Operations plays a crucial part in the overall success of the Revenue organization. • Individual will report to the VP, Revenue Operations. • Will manage the revenue tech stack and oversee the optimization of revenue processes. • Responsibilities include monitoring data, managing integrations, and creating dashboards. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to innovate and implement new processes.

Requirements

• SaaS background and experience in Higher Education preferred. • Experience with tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesLoft • Preferred experience with: LinkedIn Navigator, AgileEd, Paperflite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SurveyMonkey, Docusign, CMS, Zendesk, Kantata, Pendo • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to perform up-front diagnostic to develop project plans • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence • Ability to hold others accountable and influence outcomes • Ability to develop collaborative cross-functional relationships and inspire others
