•Responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships within government health plan sector. •Drive revenue growth, execute account strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. •Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. •Develop and execute comprehensive plans aligned with client objectives and organizational goals. •Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue. •Build strategic account and relationship plans through collaboration. •Serve as primary client advocate and champion the client’s voice. •Monitor KPIs related to account health, growth, and satisfaction. •Proactively lead renewal negotiations and contracting. •Address client concerns and escalate issues for resolution. •Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic guidance. •Manage financial performance, including revenue and expense management. •Capture client insights to shape product development.
•Bachelor's Degree required. •Master's Degree preferred. •Ten (10) plus years’ experience in government health plan account management/sales. •Deep understanding of healthcare, value-based reimbursement, Medicaid, and/or Medicare. •Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. •Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives. •Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. •Adaptability to changing priorities and market dynamics. •Business acumen supported by data-driven decision-making.
