• Responsible for driving data transformation initiatives. • Establishing robust data governance frameworks. • Ensuring data is leveraged effectively and efficiently. • Oversee the successful development of the company's data strategy. • Implement data quality improvement throughout transformational efforts. • Develop and enforce data policies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of operations or project management experience. • Experience with managing data & analytics teams preferred. • Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. • New business development and/or professional consulting experience preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data and analytics transformation. • Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and advanced analytics. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
